Hi! Welcome to MadGab! I hope you will enjoy your visit through my shop and be inspired by the pieces you see. Every piece from the little girls necklaces (created for and because of my daughters Maddie and Gabbie - MadGab) to the cancer awareness necklaces all have personal meaning behind them and have all been lovingly made by my hands.
All pieces are created out of fine silver unless otherwise specified. Each fine silver piece is either sculpted, molded, formed or stamped or all of the above - hand etched if personalized - sanded - fired - brushed - sanded again - tumbled - polished. PHew. Yes, a lot goes into the process of having a fine silver custom, personalized piece of jewelry but the end result is just plain fun, stunning and personal.
Each listing will have a picture of what the necklace or piece of jewelry comes with. I use a variety of sterling silver chains with my various pieces. If you have a preference as to something other than what is pictured let me know I will do my best to accomodate.
All necklaces will come in a standard length as mentioned in the listing. If you require a different lenght please let me know. If you require an extender I can add for a small fee.

Payment
I accept payment through my store shopping cart or thru Paypal. If you prefer to pay by money order I accept that as well but please keep in mind that I can not ship nor start on your custom order until I have payment in hand.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is complete you should received it within 2-3 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately there are no refunds on custom orders. But, I do want you to be happy, so if there is a problem I will do my best to fix it!!
Additional Policies and FAQs
Each piece of jewelry is made to order so there may be slight variations with each unique piece. Not all pieces will look identical. Any variation should not be look at as a flaw but rather something that makes the piece unique to you.
Each order is sent gift boxed. I can send directly to the giftee if your order is a gift and can include a message.
All orders will take approximately 7-10 business days to ship.
